BANDAMA S.A., a company dedicated to the MANUFACTURING, PACKAGING, DISTRIBUTION and SALE OF COOKIES and RELATED PRODUCTS and the DISTRIBUTION of BAKERY PRODUCTS, recognizes Food Safety Management as a cornerstone of its business strategy, committed to continuous improvement and achieving its primary objective: “Complete customer satisfaction,” by exceeding customer expectations regarding product quality and safety. Through its Food Safety System, the company aims to demonstrate its concern and commitment to product safety to its customers, as well as to provide a guarantee for the future that only competitive, leading-edge organizations can offer. As a result of this commitment, the company has implemented a Food Safety Management System for the manufacture, packaging, distribution, and sale of cookies and related products, based on the UNE-EN ISO 22000:2018 standard. This system commits the company to complying with legal requirements related to food safety and to the continuous improvement of the Food Safety Management System. Management ensures that this Food Safety Policy is understood, implemented, and kept up-to-date at all levels of the organization and is readily available to all interested parties. To implement this policy, the following General Objectives have been defined:
  • To maintain ethical and personal responsibility, as one of the company’s core values is its people.
  • To manufacture products following best practices and taking into account product requirements (product safety, quality, legality, processes and specifications, instructions, and protocols).
  • To guarantee the complete safety of the products.
  • To ensure the complete safety of the products. ➢ Commitment to complying with applicable legislation and regulations, as well as other requirements to which our organization subscribes.
  • Promoting a food safety culture driven by its development and continuous improvement.
  • Maintaining facilities in a hygienic and food-safe condition, in accordance with regulations.
  • Providing necessary training to employees for the proper execution of all production activities, especially in food handling, implementing Good Practices in Food Safety.
  • Making responsible use of available resources, always ensuring the prevention and reduction of pollution and establishing good environmental practices. Bandama S.A. is committed to innovation and the environmental sustainability of the food industry.
